Infant Massage Classes

I believe that you are the expert on your child, I am the facilitator, and your baby is the teacher! While the emphasis is on listening, observing and following your babies cues; we will cover techniques you can use to relax, engage and even help ease pain and discomfort for your baby. These classes do provide you space and an opportunity to connect and bond with your baby through healthy physical touch. These classes are about connection and not therapeutics because I strongly believe this activity should be a “do with baby” and not a “do to baby”. 

We follow a 5 class series and cover a new set of techniques each week. This ensures we are not overstimulating baby and we have lots of opportunities through the week to integrate what we have learned into our lives! The 5 class series is below! If class settings are not your style & you prefer 1:1 we can do that too! We can do 1:1 classes in your home or at the studio. during 1:1 sessions we can cover more ground and reduce the classes from 5 to 1 or 2.
